Heart rate monitor

This product works well as a heart rate monitor. I use it in my spin class to get a quick check of my activity level. I like the fact that there is a backlight on the face so I can see the readings in the darkened spin room.

Can't go wrong

Easy to set, easy to use, works great, great price. I use it with a strap while I work out and I haven't had any problems at all. I already had the strap because it worked with the monitors on the spin bikes I ride but it just didn't seem as accurate. I wanted a watch to go with the strap that was simple, cheap, and told me all my workout info (heart rate, time, calories burned, average heart rate, ect.) and this watch does it all. For the price, you really can't beat this watch.
