Awesome stuff! very mild taste, I use it with no sweetener, and it works. By the second week look for the weight to disappear.

My mother is using it as a stool softener because she has multiple post-surgical abdominal hernias. It works very well without unpleasant effects.

What an all natural alternative for IBS medications! Keeps my IBS at bay, relieves gas, constipation and bloating. I won't be without it. I only use once a day or every other day.

Maybe I need patience

I have several stomach problems. I am a vegetarian and have bloating and gas all the time. I decided to try this tea. I searched this item and reviews on it over the web. Everyone had good results, but the number one complaint was stomach pains. I was apprehensive to drink it when I received it, but actually started planning my weekend around it. I drank a cup after steeping it for about 4min. I didn't steep it the full 5 because some reviews said that it made it too strong. Around 9:30am, I drank a cup, and was subconsciously awaiting results all day. I went to sleep at Midnight, and still no restroom visit. Keep in mind that I am very regular (2-4x daily) and I was just drinking the tea for extra cleansing. My stomach started mildly cramping around 10pm or so.

I awakened around 6:30am to have to use the restroom.
I thought this tea would be stronger than Smooth Move by TM, but it wasn't. Overall its a good tea, and my bloating and full feeling is gone, for now. The only thing that takes away my bloating is a good tea, or Evamor Artesian Water. I will purchase this product again.
