I love Fucothin

I've been using Fucothin since the beginning of the year; I don't rely soley on such products but incorporate regular high-intensity exercise as well. I've lost 12 pounds since January and the belly fat has definately diminished, which it did NOT do when I just did an exercise routine before. And there are NO side effects!

I LOVE THIS STUFF..............

OK, I AM OVER 40 AND MY METABOLISM HAS SLOWED WAY DOWN especially AFTER 4 KIDS!!! ANYWAY I STARTED TAKING THE FUCOTHIN 2 WEEKS BEFORE EASTER! I HAD GIVEN UP MEATS, SWEETS AND COFFEE FOR LENT WHICH WAS VERY HARD! OK SO I'M CATHOLIC!! ANYWAY I TRY TO EXCERISE 2-3 DAYS A WEEK FOR 30 MINUTES AT THE MOST PLUS RUN AROUND ALL DAY WITH MY KIDS. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT I COULD ACTUALLY FIT INTO MY SIZE 6-7 PAIR OF BLUE JEANS THAT I COULDN'T FIT INTO 2 WEEKS AGO!I WAS SO SUPRIZED! I DONT REALLY LIKE TO SEE MYSELF IN THE MIRROR NAKED BUT I NOTICED THAT MY BELLY FAT WAS ACTUALLY DISAPPEARING YOU KNOW THE ONE BELOW YOUR C-SECTION SCAR AND I HADN'T DONE ONE SIT UP! SO WAS IT THE FUCOTHIN? OR MY DIET WITHOUT SWEETS/MEATS/COFFEE FOR 40 DAYS? I DONT KNOW BUT I RAN OUT & SO DID MY LOCAL NUTRITION STORE! OKAY SO WHAT DID I TAKE! THE BOX SAYS YOU CAN START WITH 1 SOFTGEL 3 TIMES DAILY WITH FOOD AND AT LEAST 8 OZ OF WATER! I WENT FOR THE ADVANCED USAGE AND TOOK 3 SOFTGELS 3 TIMES A DAY WITH FOOD AND WATER! CRAZY I KNOW BUT I WANTED RESULTS AND FAST AND IT WORKED FOR ME!! I AM SO THRILLED! I KNOW EVERYONE BODY IS DIFFERENT THATS JUST HOW GOD CREATED US! OH I FORGOT I DID DO THE PERFECT CLEANSE FROM GARGEN OF LIFE FOR 2 WEEKS BEFORE I STARTED THE FUCOTHIN! THE SMELLY URINE DOES NOT BOTHER ME! I AM AN ER NURSE AND WHEN I NOTICED THE SMELLY URINE I JUST DRANK LOTS OF CRANBERRY JUICE AND MORE WATER TO FLUSH OUT MY SYSTEM. I JUST STARTED MY 50 SOMETHING YEAR OLD HUSBAND ON THEM AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW HE DOES. HE NEVER EXERCISES! I PLAN ON PUTTING ALL MY CO-WORKERS ON THE DIET WITH ME TOO! Great Product

I find this product does help with curbing my cravings. It has also made me feel full sooner when eating a meal. And it is healthy for you, no hype, no jitters. I am sticking with it! My husband is taking it too and finds the same results. I would recommend this to anyone. You still need to exercise and watch your food intake and what you are eating. Common Sense!

in my opinion

before i purchased this product i would want to know how affective it was and how long it took to take affect! well i started taking fucothin about 3 weeks ago and it states that you might not see results for up to 6 weeks but i have noticed that just in thime that i have been taking 3 a day i can pull my jeans up and down without unbuttoning them! just so you know you do have to change your diet but they make it so easy for you just go to PerfectWeightAmerica.com and they set it all up for you!!! This stuff truly does work....

I started taking Fucothin about 8-9 weeks ago. I am an 18 year old male that is 5'10 and weighs(ed) 185. I took only the 1 pill for each meal for almost three weeks. Then I read the bottle again and realized that I had forgotten to up the dosage. I upped the dosage and started taking 3 at each meal. I have lost about 12lbs. I eat no differently actually in some cases I have been eating worse. I have continued to work out exactly the same as before. I'm impressed. I do like the fact that I can cheat to some degree. I had heard of some people have urine trouble as far as their urine smelling I have had not trouble whatsoever. That is why the bottle says to drink eight ounces of water with the pills.
