Digital converter box

I needed a digital converter box for a
TV I have out at our summer home. This worked perfectly.

Excellent DtoA Converter box

The Zinwell ZAT-970A DtoA Converter box is small, sleek (especially compared to another brand I have) and was extremely easy to set up. It did take a while to understand why it "kept shutting itself off": Sleep mode on is the default. And setting "favorites channels" is extremely unintuitive. Otherwise I'm delighted with it and its good price.

We live on our boat and went through 3 Apex boxes. This has been since all the stations went digital. We bought all of them at Best Buy and it was the only brand they carried. When our box went again.... we went back to Best Buy and they are no longer selling them. It seems you can only get them online now. So after reading numerous reviews on Amazon, I decided to try the Zinwell. We have an electronics tech that installs all of our audio / video components and he was just amazed at the clarity and the number of channels we are picking up! His parents have the Apex and he is going to buy them the Zinwell. We have had it for a month, and sailed from Rhode Island to Long Island and it was so easy to reset it to all the NYC channels!! While in Rhode Island we can pick up all the Boston channels as well as the Rhode Island Channels. Highly, Highly recommend this brand. I cannot say enough about the reception and it is cheaper to boot!1

Zinwell analog tv converter box

I was very pleased with the ease of hooking it up to my old analog TV. There were no code numbers you had to punch in for your brand of TV. Just click on the menu and set it up. So far so good.
