Fun toy!

My son and I love this toy! I love the different textures and the little teether. I think this will be an even better toy as my son gets older. I've hooked it onto the car seat and he likes having something to bat at. Very much recommended. Great toy.

A surefire hit gift for newborns and up

Kids enjoy this toy even in their earliest months, and continue to play with it as they grow older. I've given a half-dozen Freddy's and have had strong positive feedback every time.

one of my 4mo olds favorites...we have all of these, and this one and the shutterbug (not sure if that is right...it's the one that has a bug and flower) are his favorites. Loves the crinkles, contrast on back of wings. Also loves to chew on freddies head.

very educational

That's a very educational toy. My son got it when he was 4. And he absolutely loved it. I should have bought it earlier. That's so colorful, has rings, a mirror, a plastic bug, a squeezing toy and is made of different textures. The only con is that it's not machine washable.
We now use it as a distraction toy, it hangs on son's stroller and when he tries to take his socks off or just feels fussy I give it to him and that's it.

Terrific "take with you" toy!

Freddie the Firefly is an excellent toy, a lot of entertainment in one small little guy! My son is currently almost 6 months old, and he has had it since he was about 2 months. It is his favorite toy! The teething berry that sits in the small pocket is wonderful, as my son started teething very early on. The little mirror on the wing is also perfect for babies around 2-3 months when they really start noticing their reflections. The toy has a squeaky wing, that my son loves to squeeze now. It is an excellent distractor when you are out shopping/strolling with your little one, as you can stick it on to the bar of any car seat or stroller canopy you have.

Definitely a must buy for any new parent.
