Don't buy if you are over 5 foot 3!!!

I thought this was a great price and was thrown by the picture in some of the ads (which feature a different bag but with same product number 62348). Beware!!! I am 5 foot 6 and this bag is HORRIBLE to pull because the handle does not reach tall enough.

Good bag

Make sure you board first if you own this bag. It's a good bag but if you travel on small regional jets it barely fits in the overhead and will absolutely not fit under some of the seats. Check into the Kensington 62430. It is smaller.

Excellent rollers,smooth as silk. Just a tad wide for aisles but very good purchase worth every penny.

Great bag, and great customer service

I have owned this bag now for almost a year. I have owned various bags over the years, and this one is the best, hands down. It even manages to fit under the seat in front of you on an airplane, which surprised me a bit, given it is for a 17" laptop. The bag is well laid out with various sized compartments to hold many items. In addition to my laptop, I can carry virtually everything I need as a traveling professional, sans my clothes! I even managed to fit my PSP in the back compartment.
Last night, the handle would no longer retract all the way down into the bag. I completed an inquiry on the Kensington website, and not even 10 minutes later, I had a response in my E-mail. No questions asked, they are sending a replacement bag.
Now that is service!
If you own a 17" laptop, this is the bag for you. And to rebut the person who says not to buy if you are over 5' 3", that is bupkis. You must not have THIS bag. I am 6' 2", and I have no problems with this bag.
