the company is good. product as specified, but shipping is a little pricy. With the low original price, the total with shipping is more than reasonable. would do business with again.

Not rating item but buying options

As a purchaser, I can tell you this is a tricky item to buy, since it is often bulk-packaged, its price varies greatly and there are even counterfeits. I clarify I'm not rating the headset (thus I give it the average rating, 3 stars) but sharing my opinion on buying it. Uneasy, I bought 8 on July 11 from Amazon/Etronics and when they arrived I was relieved because even though bulk-type they were acceptably packaged. I ordered 2 more On July 24. Then I had to order 2 more on August 2, but the same item was now supplied by Amazon/DLN Enterprises; I had no choice and ordered. Then I had to get 3 more on August 8, but Etronics was listed again, so I ordered again. Today I got both orders (we're overseas) and to my dismay, even though the product is basically the same, there were big differences in packaging and contents:

Etronics: Blister generic packaging from Verizon Wireless with headset, ac charger, manual and a bonus car charger.

DLN: Envelope bubble mailer with identical headset and ac charger, but only a one-page instruction sheet and an useless Motorola booklet, "important Safety and Legal Information". One of the two headsets had a little piece broken off (not a critical piece but still ... so much for bubble packaging) and, strangely, both were set for left ear use.

Conclusion: What you get varies greatly from one supplier to the other.

Wish: That actual pictures of true content and presentation were mandatory by Amazon from its suppliers, at least for this type of "bulky" item.

I know this doesn't say a thing about the HS850, but still hope this is useful in your buying.

Great Headset

I have used at least 3 blue tooth headset before buying this one. Its sleek, comfortable, and weightless. I can talk on it for at least 6-7 hrs continuously. I generally charge it after two days.

Pros
1. Light Weight.
2. Easy to Use.
3. Good sound quality.
4. Easy to set up.
5. Descent Battery life.
6. Good Design.

Cons

1. I don't know if it happens with other phones, but with my Cingular 8125, when i pick up call it takes at least 2 seconds to hear voice after receiving call from blue tooth.

2. SOMETIMES other person on the phone, can't hear properly, until you adjust it and speak a little loud.

overall, its great bluetooth headset. Except for some minor exception, Great product to high.
