Time Machine is where it is at

Time Machine, the automated backup of your hard drive and files onto an external drive, is Leopard's flagship feature and application, I highly suggest purchasing or using an external HD as a Time Machine backup with Leopard. Not doing so is really not even scratching the surface of the capabilities of the computer.

iChat's screen sharing has benefitted my parents, brothers, and friends because now they have me sitting next to them any time they want and showing them the features of their new Mac, it is really, really cool technology and like most things that come out of Cupertino, is ahead of its time, but actually really simple to use.

A must have for Mac owners

Absolutely wonderful. I upgraded my 4 year old G5, and it runs like brand new. I can't imagine life stuck in a Vista world......*ewwww, shutters at the thought.

Upgrading is sometimes risky

I bought the family pack and upgraded two Mac Minis without a problem. Upgrading the G5 killed it. I had to take it into an Apple store to fix it. The good news is they fixed it and upgraded it for free. Love the Apple store. You won't get that level of support with Windows!
