highly recommended

I am a Certified Massage Therapist & I recommend this product highly!

This is the best passive massager out there. Over the past two years I have bought several of these for myself and for friends and family. Best money ever spent. I am a certified massage therapist and I know good massage. This is worth every penny...but it is not for those who do not want a good STRONG massage. This is a powerful well designed product.

Nice to Have

I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my son, who has recurring neck pain. He uses it in his recliner in the evenings while watching T.V, and says it has helped him a lot. The only problem he had with it was that the rotating balls inside the pillow became entagled in the material; he was able to open the cover and pull the fabric out, although it was not easy to do. If he had not been able to do this, we would have had to return the pillow. It has not happened again, and he has used it several times a week for two months.

If you're careful, this is one great massager!

I'll start out with my long-term experience with this pillow....which is WHAT A GREAT GADGET! Feels great...not too hard, not too soft, wonderful massage. Works on the neck or any part of the back. End of story when it comes to that. The only thing is be careful when the shiatsu nodes are rotating...ensure it's flat against your back or neck or the fabric can get caught and tangled...in which case it's a return. Now that I know that, it's been a terrific experience.
