Awesome product

I looked high and low to find an ideal case to protect my precious iPhone. I checked everywhere online. I visited my local Apple Store, Walmart, Target, etc. This is the best one I came across.

I was already familiar with the product since I had previously purchased a ToughSkin for my 60gb iPod a couple of years ago and it has held up very well.

First off the price for this iPhone case was great. $23.87 shipped and I received it in 2 days. It fits well and feels durable without adding much size to the unit.

Like all cases made of this material, it will collect dust and the lint from whatever pocket you decide to put it in. I found that blasting mine with a can of air every so often keeps it looking nice.

The grips on the side work great and makes it easy to comfortably hold your phone. I, on many occassions have fallen asleep holding this thing.

I would recommend this product. Speck makes pretty good cases and this one is no exception.

Great Product

The best product I have seen with any of the iphones I come in contact with. The only reservation I have would be it seems to attract dust due to the chemistry of the silicon/rubber material. Anyway, looks, feels, and acts great. I would have to recommend this bugger.

love the cover/hate the clip

I know a lot of people have reviewed this item already and there isn't much more I can add, but here goes. I LOVE the toughskin case! I have dropped it many times on tile floors and it has survived just fine. That leads me into the negative side: the reason for the drops. The belt case holds it well, but the belt clip SUCKS. The spring on the clip is very weak and when I use the restroom (hence the tile floors) the weight of the phone on the clip spring allows it to slip off my belt. Luckily it hasn't gone into the toilet! I now have to take it off my belt when using the restroom and have learned not to set it down for fear of forgetting it. The clip is also not long enough for wider belts. I do like that the clip can stay open to prop up the phone if you are watching a movie. If the manufacturers would just beef up the spring and make the clip about 1/2 inch longer it would be perfect. Oh, and yes, I agree with some that the upper part of the clip does poke you in the belly regardless of your weight!

A fine case for iPhone

The rubber case fits the iPhone PERFECTLY. Access to all the buttons is unhindered and the opening for the ports are centered on them exactly.

I would have rated it at 5 stars, but I can't due to the plastic frame that accepts the cased iPhone. It it not as robust as I expect from Speck. It is flimsy and the clip for attachment is as well. It's a great design, it just needs to be thickened up a bit. If it was more robust, I would rate at 5 stars easily.

I'm very impressed with all other aspects of the case, especially given the price. It's a bargain.

This is my 3rd Speck case, and all of them are great. I have one for iPod nano (2nd generation) and iPod Touch as well.
