Great insurance

You should REALLY buy this case. I bought a leather case for a previous palm, and the snap closure cracked the screen when the closure got between the screen and the other side of the leather case. That won't happen with this one!

Outstanding

This case is outstanding. It protects My T2 the better than anything out there. I am always on the move and a hard case is just what I needed. This case fit perfectly I would Highly recommend for anyone that need top of the line protection.

Product good but Amazon dropped the ball

First, let me say that the product is great, especially for someone who drops her PDA often! If it had a place for business cards, and would be easier to use while IN the case, it would be better. PDA cannot be charged while in the case either, but I normally don't charge it while walking around the supermarket!
I ended up canceling my order for this product through Amazon, as they showed it (and still do) as "in stock", but I ordered it in early November, and as of Jan 4, it was still not scheduled to be shipped until approx. Jan 17th. I contacted Amazon and they were apologetic, but I still did not receive my order, despite it being "in stock". Granted, they did tell me they had to order it from a 3rd party, but they don't tell you that up front. I found a new one on eBay, that with s&h, was $10.00 cheaper than the Amazon price. I normally trust Amazon, and still do to a point, though that confidence is shaken.
Product good, Amazon service, this product, very poor.

Palm hard cover

My husband bought a Palm and a soft cover. He keeps it in this shirt pocket and it cracked within a couple of weeks. I replaced the Palm and chose this hard cover. His Palm is still in good condition. The hard cover is dented in a few places but his Palm is safe.
