Best Bluetooth headset on the market.

The plantronics 655 is the best bluetooth headset currently on the market. I have tried six others brands..... Jabra, Motorola, Jawbone,etc. and they either sound muffled to the people on the other end or I cannot hear them clearly. The Plantronics 655 works perfectly! The battery lasts all day. (I usually make 60 - 70 calls a day) It is small and attractive.... I put it in my shirt pocket when not in use. Works great ! Excellent Device

This little bluetooth headset is fantastic. It holds a decent charge, syncs easily, and is nice and clear. I highly recommend it.

Happy with the purchase

The headset can fit in your ear without a loop which is great (comes with different sizes). Very easy to use and the sound and call quality is good. I haven't had any complaints from callers. The headset does take a few seconds to connect on my phone. I think it's a problem with my phone and not the headset. Overall a good purchase.

Not all that impressed

My main disappointment was the fit. Now, I realize that not every product is going to fit everyone and it may fit well for others. But for me, the headset would just not stay in my ear. The ear loop helped, but defeated the purpose of getting an in-ear headset.

With respect to range and sound quality, I received just as much static and clarity as I do with my $25 Jabra set. Which is to say, not so great. People on the other end noted great clarity, which is nice I guess. But for me there was no major step up in quality from cheaper sets.

Lastly, the placement of the USB charge port on the bottom of the charging cradle is an interesting design decision. It means that you can't set it upright. A dealbreaker? No. But something that I found annoying. Anyway, I will now continue my search for the ideal Bluetooth headset, as the 655 is not it.
