NICE TO ANCHOR THE NUVI

It is a nice mount. Unfortuanatly the Nuvi is still easy to remove. Good if you want to take it in and out of the car, not so good if you would like to just leave it and forget it.

could be better

This unit would have been a lot better if it would of come with some way to mount it. There wasn't any double sided tape or mounting holes. The angle needed to get the GPS be be level was not available by its design. Live and learn.

Simple and Effective. Needs only to have more Temporary and Permanent tapes for tranferring to other vehicles.

Garmin Permanent Mount

It works well, but the spring loaded lock mech. allows the unit to vibrate a bit more than with the suction cup mount. (On the other hand, we have had problems with the suction mount sticking so hard to our windshield that rubber is torn off when removed. We believe that the suction part is not UV tolerant.)
