A great workout

I love this product. I love that there are five different instructors it make for a great mix. I usually don't like strength training but the firm makes it easier to incorporate in my routine with the monthly schedule. I usually do an extra cadio party once or twice a week because I love it so much.

Package needs to include more add on weights

I ordered the TransFIRMation system, I think the workouts are OK but I was really disappointed that it only included four weights,not enough to use following the suggestions on the CD.The set should include at least four more add on weights.I called customer service to see if I could buy more weights and was told to go to a fitness store to try to find weights! My friend ordered hers from a TV add and recieved 10 weights! I believe the package should mention the number of weights that it includes.

AWESOME!

Love these DVD's, especially Hi-Def Sculpt and Hard Core Fusion! Love that they have a 25 minute express option for each workout. I have progressed to using heavier weights as well. I do notice much more muscle definition!

Great videos

If you like The Firm, you'll love the videos. The weights are good but you don't get enough to make one set of light and one set of med. weights. That wasn't really clear on the advertisement and it's what they say you need in the videos. I had to order a second set (another $45) to get what I needed. The best part of this package was the 5 videos you get. They are challenging and the variety keeps you from getting bored.I would say if you don't have weights already, order the second set of weights at the same time, I don't think you'll be disappointed. If you already have weights, you should probably see if you can just purchase the videos.
