Excellent Product

Works great!, very sturdy, easy grip and straightens hair very easily. Very happy with this purchase.

Love it!

I have wavy/curly hair and I have been using cheap hair straighteners for a while now, and they do not get the job done unless I spend forever straightening every strand of hair. I have used my friends' Chi before and I knew that they worked great. Buying a Chi is one of the smartest things I have done. Now it only takes me a couple minutes to straighten my hair and it stays straight all day. I love my Chi! I would definitely recommend it.

Great Iron!!

I just love this iron. I've have another brand that has a larger plate but there is no comparison. I can do my hair so much faster. The iron heats up FAST and does not pull or damage my hair. LOVE IT!!
