If you have lady parts, you need to read this book.

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. I have taken lots of biology and anatomy classes and I learned stuff I'd never even heard of in this book. Every woman, regardless of whether she wants kids, needs to read this book. You should know how your parts work!

This book helped to answer my prayers. I am 40 years old and in excellent health with no diagnosed fertility issues. I became pregnant for the first time while reading this book and charting my very first cycle! It fills in blanks left by sex ed teachers, ob/gyns and fertilty specialists. While reading it I could not believe that such logical/helpful information was not automatically passed along by medical experts to any woman trying to conceive. It is the greatest, most enlightening source that I have come across for understanding everything fertility-related....and IT WORKS!

important and deep basics..mentioned in a nice way

This is a must have book for those who are/were lost in whats-going-on-with-me type of answers. There are some important facts which she has mentioned, and you wonder why you never cared about them, earlier.
Not only for those who are TTC but also for those who like to be aware of their body signals every cycle.

I am from biology background and knew quite a lot already BUT STILL I found this a very interested, and useful read.

Probably like many other women out there, I did not pay much attention to what my body was trying to tell me was going on throughout my cycle until I started TTC. I bought this book when I got sick of all of the conflicting and erroneous information available out on the internet, and it has been a very valuable resource. Every question I have come up with has been answered by this book, and I think every topic you could think of is covered in one section or another. If you are trying to chart your BBT, or just understand how to interpret your symptoms throughout your cycle, or even figure out how to use charting to avoid getting pregnant through natural birth control, I think you'll find this book very helpful.
