I'm very happy with the size of this heating pad. And it produces very affective moist heat. I had formally bought another pad from the drug store, and it was terrible. There is absolutley no comparison. I'm so glad I found this! I have fibromyalgia and it's a daily struggle, and this gives me relief when I use it. Worth every penny. Also, it does say not to lay on it, but if you have fibro, you know that there are many places you need to treat. So I have layed on it, and it works wonders when I'm trying to relax in front of the tv on the couch. As there is simply no comfy position alot of the time, since I ache all over, and this really helps. I really recommend this product!!!

Decent Heating Pad - Great Customer Service

The heating pad is pretty good, it gets nice and hot, but the intensity waivers a bit after it has reached the temperature that you have set it to. The first one I received stopped working after 3 times and the company sent me a replacement within 2 days. They were nice and prompt and great. The heating pad is nice and heavy.
