Love it!
One word: Spaces!
I have always brought in my laptop to use at work, but now that I am running
Leopard
I not only would rather use my
Mac
, but cannot work well without it. Spaces gives me the perfect environment to get my work done.
OS X Leopard
It doesn't seem a whole lot different from 10.4--but overall runs well.
The printed manual wasn't much help.
Improvement over an already stable OS
I pre-ordered
Leopard
and upgraded both my
mac
bok and iMac with it. The improvements over an already solid and stable os make this a winner in my book. Of all of the changes, the one I ask myself how I lived without before is quick look. As a graphic designer, it has served me very well. On my work computer, we use tiger and everytime I want to look at a file, I have to open it in preview or photoshop. Quick Look would be so handy in this case, and especially when there are multiple copies of a file with changes that you just want to look through quickly. I'm also loving the simple backups through Time Machine, Spaces gets a lot of use on my laptop and screen sharing in iChat is a godsend for my new switcher brother, who I screenshare over iChat with to troubleshoot problems or just to show him how to use an app.
