Loved it

It works well as a usb headset. The best part is that it collaps and fits neatly in the hard case, making a great take along on trips.

I use this product with Avaya and Cisco soft phone.

Almost as good as I wanted it to be.

The headphones fit quite nicely. They are adjustable so I can change the way they sit whenever they grow uncomfortable. They come with the lovely hard case to carry them. It is a little big and bulky, but keeps the headphones protected. My one big issue is the microphone. It does not pick up sound very well. I use it for World of Warcraft, and with all of the volumes turned up, I still had to shout to be heard. The microphone just doesn't reach around to the front of my mouth, so the sound is not aimed at it. Good idea, poorly executed.

Logitech Headset

After having a great bit of difficulty trying to get a standard headset to work on my new Vista powered notebook, I searched Blogs to see who else was having the problem. It turns out that Vista does not support a standard plug-in headset. Several bloggers suggested a USB headset, and the Logitech solved the problem. It was delivered quickly and is a quality product. It fits on the back of the head rather than the top, which took a little "getting used to." It comes with a plastic storage case and good instructions.
