This stuff WORKS

Hardcore, 2+ pack a day smoker for over 21 years...Have been using one week without a single cigarette after failing miserably on multiple quit tries using patches and Zyban. They are cheaper than cigarettes are in Ohio!

The lozenges last much longer than the specified 20-30 minutes (more like an hour and a half!) and I am only using five or six of them a day-much less than recommended. This is UNREAL considering I was a seriously hardcore smoker.

Only four stars though...this is due to an extraordinary amount of heartburn and serious gas. Lots of gas. Farting the National Anthem quantity of gas. I think it's still worth it.

I have tried all other types of cessation products and this one has worked for me, its over 6 months without a smoke.

I was a 2 pack/day smoker for 30 years. Stopped several times, using the "patch", but it never lasted & I was always "sneaking" a cigarette here & there. Commit eased the craving, plus the appetitie suppressant is definitely a great feature. I've been smoke free for a year, although the nicotine craving does not go away quietly. When it does rear it's ugly head, I just pop in a Commit lozenge.

This thing takes hours to dissolve!

I'm now on my 4th day without smoking and very optimistic. The only thing weird is that it is physically impossible to use the recommended 9 per day! Each one takes me between 2 and 3 hours to dissolve. I haven't been able to fit more than 4 in per day, but that dosage seems to be working alright for me.
