Seems to be working to me...

I am beginning week five of using FucoTHIN and have begun to use two to three capsules at breakfast and lunch and one in evening. I don't feel a thing, other than jewelry is a little looser, pants a little loose, and my cheekbones are a bit more noticeable. I don't feel warmer. I dont feel jittery. Nothing. I have reduced calories by just a bit. 1600 a day. I am not real big on walking, elliptical etc. I try. NO NOTICABLE CHANGES AT ALL except in the way clothes fit and these cheekbones. I feel great. I am going to also begin a carb control item that uses white beans. That ought to be fun. Good Luck.
