would be perfect if insert was slightly larger

This thing is really handy. The storage spaces are all very usable for what they were designed for. It rolls easily and the handle opens and closes well. My 17" HP (widescreen) just barely fits the insert however and I'd call it 5 stars if it were just a little larger.

90 days, so far so good

Only complaint is the extended handle is wobbly. It pulls sturdily though, just feels a bit flimsly when extended. Plenty of pockets and deep space. The only product feedback is to have the file folder area be a complete end to end zipper, that way you could place it like a brief case and open it up to fit more in. This is splitting hairs though. Love the power plug space where the handle goes, and the computer area feels well padded and secure. Outside is tough and looks like it can take a beating. I read some that had trouble rolling down the airplane isles, they must be on commuter type flights, I've had no probs on the 737's.

Roller Carrying Case has lots of pockets

This case is really nice however, I thought I was buying a black case and it came in as a dark green. In all the pictures it looked black and I didn't even think to check the color of it. Oh well, all else is good with the carrying case. I serves the purpose.

Everything I could ask for

I did a bit of internet research for this, and a site devoted to luggage was RAVING about this. What can I say? They were right, and it is just an unbelievable value. I love it.

I got it because I do alot of walking for my commute, had started a class that required me to do alot more to get there and the book was massive. My back was already complaining about what I was carrying around on a daily basis. I ordered it and it arrived in 2 days, My back was and is so grateful.

It is tough! the sidewalks aren't in the best shape, and I'm always pulling it up and down over curbs and had a couple of days of ice and snow, and the wheels are scuffed up but still no worse for wear (although the little pad on the bottom for cushioning your hip if you wear it over your shoulder fell off, but why would I want to carry it like that anyway). Very well designed, with plenty of compartments, and padded computer sleeve is removeable. It maneuvers well, is light with a comfortable handle and strap (gel-like). I can grab it by the handle and walk up the metro stairs with no problem.

A quality case for a great price.
