This pad is Great. It does just what it says and is worth every penney if you have a back as bad as mine(DDD). I lay back on it even though the instructions say not to. I cannot lay on my stomach and put this on my back. It performs very well. It is well made and Heavy. I will never buy the drug store ones again.
