Case is too loose

I've read this complaint in many places... An easy, clean looking fix is to take some electricians tape, cut it in 1" pieces, cut these in half and stack 3-4 pieces. Then put the tape on the inside left or right side of the tube carrying case. This provides enough friction to keep the electrical contacts touching for reliable charging and prevents the headset from tumbling out all to easily.

I'm happy with the sound quality... better than the mic/earpiece on my Treo, but some have complained of too much ambient road noise when I'm driving on the freeway or difficulty hearing in windy conditions. Best for use inside when not doing a lot of activities.

My second blue tooth device. this is a great product. small,
great battery life, good sound quality, easy to use, comfortable. only down side is the over the ear clip-- it keeps coming loose while the head set is in my pocket.
