Excellent Product & Program

I've had consistent weekly weight loss on the Alli plan within healthy levels (1-3 pounds per week). I am very happy with it. The included books give you a fantastic set of sensible (and actually very tasty) menus that will help you learn how to properly eat even beyond the Alli program, and the online program is excellent. Create your own weekly menus, print out your shopping list, track your excercise, talk to others about your efforts/setbacks and a weekly check-in w/graph of your progress. They even give you rewards along the way, one of which is a truly handy snack container (sent in the mail around your eighth week) that you can freeze to keep food cold on the go. Don't be frightened by the potential side effects. If you actually follow the plan correctly you will not experience dramatic problems. If you cheat, you'll be sorry, but if you can stick with it and learn how to deal with food, you'll reap the rewards.

Not what's cracked up to be

I bought this hoping it would have the side effects...just to encourage me to eat right. Well I never had a single side effect. So I guess that is good. I don't think it really works. I took it after having my last baby. I think it is just another gimmick. Best to just change eating habits and exercise.
