Braun 1775 rechargeable shaver

Works well for my husband - it was a gift. He likes the shave it gives, close and comfortable (sensitive skin). It stays charged good, also, contrary to some others he's used.

Excellent Shaver

This is my first electric shaver that I've ever purchased. I've been using straight edges ever since I started shaving not long ago and I quickly got tired of the mundane fashion of putting on shaving cream, etc, every morning. I bought this one because of its high reviews. I was skeptical about an electric shaver getting as close as razor, but my skepticism was quickly doused due to this baby leaving my face baby smooth. It's unbelievable! I've recommended this shaver to my all friends.

Great Razor - Beats My Norelco hands down!

I was fortunate to purchase this razor when I forgot my charging stand for my Norelco Advantage razor while on a family vacation. I was looking for an cheap rechargeable razor to survive the week and use as a backup at the office. I ended up bringing the Braun home and retiring my Norelco.

I have used three Norelco models since 1995 and I thought I was happy with the Norelco Advantage model, but so far the Braun Free Control is much better and costs half as much as my Norelco. My shave with the Braun is much more efficient. It actually feels like it is getting the job done and I spend less time going back over the same parts of my face. It also leaves me with a much closer shave than the Norelco. In my opinion it is comparable to a blade without all the hassle.

I have only used the razor for about 4 weeks, so I can't comment on durability of the product. Right now though, I say for the money and quality of the shave, the Braun Free Control is an easy purchasing decision!

Comfort

This is by far the most comfortable electric shaver I have ever owned and I bought my first one in 1946! You can hardly feel it and it does as good a job as any.
