Great Leaning Tool!

I love all the Classroom in a Book's! This Photoshop book is great for beginners, and even for advanced Photoshop users to brush up on their skills. The projects easy enough for anyone to understand, and when you complete one you will ask with great pride "Did I Do That!?". I highly recommend this and all the Classroom in a Book's!

She Loved It

I got this for my girlfriend, who was working at a design job as an intern. She said that book was fairly helpful. It might be best for those with no knowledge of Photoshop, as she'd taken a course in it, and it didn't have a whole lot else to offer her. However, it helped quell her fears, and she did just fine.

A good classroom learning tool

A great tool to start learning Photoshop CS2, though it only scratches the surface. In fairness, I don't think that any book can actually teach everything there is to know about this powerful program. This really does give the new user a place to start. I worked my way through a chapter at a time and it was most helpful. It includes a CD with lesson materials that were also helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in beginning to learn to use Photoshop. It will remain in my library as a valued reference. Easier to use than the documentation that came with the program.
