This will remain on my bookshelf for a long time
Quite possibly the best book I've read in a long time. Mathew Paul Turner is honest, real, compelling, and more than that this book makes sense. There were eye-opening moments and also simple words that delved deep. I do not know Mr. Turner, but I commend him for writing a book of faith that truly matters.

Why can't we all be this real?
"Relying on lies is like a guy playing soccer without wearing a cup." I love that sentence.

. He allows us to see into his mind. He opens up in a way that most Christians fear. He tells of his own struggle with the mind and where his healing began. Matthew is not afraid to admit failure and the fact that he was sometimes far away from God. To read this book is to look into your own heart and mind. This book doesn't promise an easy fix, but it does show the way to begin the healing to a healthy mind. If only other people could be so brave.
After reading this book I began my own journey. I hope that I will be able to admit my own struggles and battles in my own life as he was able to. Seeing how God uses the broken.. WOW.. Not as alone as I thought I was.
Thank you Matthew.. LOVE THE BOOK.
