Cooking at its best!

I have several of Ina Garten's Barefoot Contessa cookbooks and enjoy them all. Her techniques are straightforward and explained well; and her mix of ingredients always delivers a fresh taste and complimentary blend of flavors. I have cooked in her fuss-free style for years, and recently started using her recipes to broaden my repertoire, with great success and many compliments. You can't go wrong following her recipes if you choose quality products. She was core to our holiday dinner and will come up on New Year's Eve as well!
