Cute Proto-Feminist Retelling

This book is a gem for two reasons: the illustrations and the fact that it is a feminist retelling of a bible story that is appropriate for the youngest of readers and listeners. My 6 month old is fascinated with the illustrations. My only qualm is the whole idea of feeding the Noah story to preschoolers in any guise--it's a pretty harsh issue of theodicy even for us adults.
