This book was a wealth of knowledge. I can not say enough good things about this book. A must have.

A lot of wonderful information packed into a small, readable book!

I'm only about half-way through the book, but so far I've learned a lot of great information that I will use in my healing practice as well as in my own self-care. I may even look into her training.
