You CAN Live the dream
I started training for my first triathlon in April (completed it in August) and I am still 30 lbs over my goal weight. I am so glad I didn't wait until my
body
was 'perfect' before taking the plunge. This book is the user guide for anyone wanting to do the same thing. It takes the perspective of the healthy curved woman, not the stick thing mega jock.
