Talks too fast but knows everything

Wright's DVD is invaluable, but even with a 24" monitor, it's nearly impossible to follow his examples while Shake is open and I can play monkey see monkey do. It works best if I play his tutorial on my laptop and do the Shake on the desktop. Neither Wright's dvd nor Shake plays well with other programs on the screen at the same time.
