Great Weight Loss Tool
While I knew that recording my
calorie
intake and expenditure daily would help me to lose weight, I could never get into the habit of it. Online
journal
s weren't portable, and plain notebooks took too much work to make daily columns and pages. I needed something that I could take with me everywhere that fit in my purse. This is perfect. Not only does it allow you to portably record calories fat and carbs, but it also has a mini calorie reference section in the back, and an informational section in the front that helps you create realistic goals for yourself. It also has charts and graphs that you fill in at the end of each week to see how you're doing.
I highly recommend this booklet.
