Wardlaw's Perspectives in Nutrition

I purchased this as a class textbook, but the information within is so interesting that I intend to keep it for reference. It's very well written.

I was disappointed that I paid for the 3-5 day shipping and didn't receive it until eleven days after purchase. It was late for the start date of my class and I did not receive a refund for the postage.

The book arrived promptly. The format and content are pretty good although there was a slight math error in the protein chapter.
