Great Stuff.
Received the product in a reasonable amount of time and it was just what I ordered.
Good book
The book arrived promptly. I have not fully read the book, went straight for the food lists and to the store. The ph diet is helping quite a bit. My husband, my grown kids are doing it with me. The first week we all noticed the increase of energy from the food change. We've lost some
weight
, but for us it's most important to eat well for our health. Recently, I ate carbs and non-list items (acidy foods) which I would eat everyday, and I felt woozy, shaky and wanted to lay down! My husband had the same experience when he ate acidic foods as well. We will continue with the diet. I would have to read more on the book, and do the exercises outline. Highly recommend the book, but also highly recommend several books to read on the subject and make an informed decision on what is best for you.

Although I wasn't motivated by this writing, the Youngs provide a basic consideration for creating a healthier lifestyle. If you have not read other authors on this topic, this is a start in determining how you may want to shape
your
lifestyle into one that is more nutritionally
balance
d, more alkaline and more active.
There's nothing surprising or groundbreaking here, just a compilation of what the authors have collected as basic tips and guidances for the healthier lifestyle seeker.
The book is in need of some updating as the authors write that they are proposing a radical premise that the reader may want to make their
body
more alkaline. There are books upon books today that address this premise so maybe in 2005 this was eye opening and "radical" but certainly it is not today.
Good basic reading, will you give you some lifestyle considerations, some tips and I suggest you continue reading other authors before you decide to commit to this specific regimen. You have many options in diet and exercise and this book presents only the most basic of those considerations.
