Hold
Tight
is an interesting read. I never got bored. However, compared to some past books, like The Woods, this one falls a little short. I've come to expect those twists at the end that we never saw coming but this one was a little more predictable. There were some details you may not see coming but nothing that will leave you gasping in shock. The story is based around several families & individuals whose lives are intertwined. It all started with a teenager who is pulling away from his parents, becoming distant, spending more time on his computer & throwing old interests to the side. The parents decide to put spyware on his computer to see what he is up to & the story goes on from there. There are many twists & turns but I never got confused with the different characters & plots. One little note, something I did like, the return of 2 characters from The Woods - Cope & Muse. I was very happy to see them mixed in to this story. This is definately a good book & one that I would suggest any Coben fan read! If you have never read Coben before, I wouldn't suggest this as your first book.

Too slow moving
Harlan Coben says he tries to make sure each of his books are page turners. Usually, they are. Unfortunately, this one didn't maintain his normal pace. I couldn't even motivate myself to finish reading it.

Not as Good as The Woods
This book has stayed a slow pace. It does not grab you like "The Woods". I know each book will be different but the lack of interesting information or ideas in this one slows it to a crawl. The book strats picking up after a few chapters but it is hard to muddle through the first few. "The Woods" was something gripping from the beginning but not so with this one. Maybe the Myron Bolitar book will be better.
