Speedy Delivery

The book came very quickly and in great condition. I'm always late ordering books for classes, so I was glad for the speedy delivery. The book is definitely not for people who are new to statistics, so having some basic knowledge (or a second text/tutor) is a great option. Lots of pictures included which is helpful since this is a mainly text to picture output program. Very easy-to-read explanations for values. Good book, but definitely not a pleasure read.

SPSS for Windows

This books starts off very basic, such as telling you how to use your mouse, what the desktop looks like, and how to save and open files. It does show the user how to use the program in very detailed, step by step instructions. If you have never used SPSS before, it's a great way to learn. The manual also says that SPSS 17 is only 2% different than SPSS 16, so I wouldn't buy the book if you know how to use the older version.
