didnt really need it. was just curious. handy book. lots of good tips. have since given book to friend who can really use it.

Financial Freedom

This book helped us to get on the track to financial freedom. It was hard at first to follow his budget forms but once we set our minds to seeing it through to the end and to get rid of all our debts, it became easier. Over the months, we have revised his forms to work with our own budget but that was because as we are paying off our creditors, we are taking them off of the forms and they have gotten to the point that we do not need as many items on them. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to be debt free and say good-bye to the credit card companies. We no longer use credit cards and only pay with cash or the debit/credit card. That way, you are spending your money and not someone elses and then paying them interest. It also gives you the freedom to know that with an emergency fund, you don't worry as much about "Murphy".

I appreciated the interactive nature of the workbook, and for someone who has paid very little attention to finance, I learned a lot. My children will be getting the book for their education in finance. Well worth the effort to sit down and do the work....even if you don't have money problems.

I followed Mr Ramsay's advice to get rid of credit cards completely. The piece of mind alone is worth it. It took some time but we have had no credit cards for 1 year now. We are now paying down my wife's car and then will move on to double payments on the mortgage.
I would highly recommend you get this book.
