Book has been updated but this version is still a good one to have. Used book was in good condition, as advertised.

An excellent tennis book no one can surpass.

This book is absolutely different from those written by the authors according to their own experiences. It was written on the base of science & physical laws. As a tennis coach and a researcher, this book enriches me a lot not only on the knowledge of tennis, but also on the instructions of how to coach players.

This book is so good i should have stolen it from the library when i had the chance. It allows you to reference your body points as you recreate movements using analogies and simple language that enriched my beginner's game to a sold intermediate standard very quickly. Also clear use of unusual photos throughout.

This book is so good that I should have stolen it from the library when I had the chance. Unfortunately I hadn't expected such a gem to be out of print. (By the time I got back somebody else had beat me to it, but I know where to look for him- watch out for the guy carrying it under his arm at the next Wimbledon championships).

I raised my game from embarrasssing novice to passable intermediate with just a couple of the chapters from it. Full of useful practical tips applied by logical, scientific explanation that even I could understand.
