EXCEDEED MY EXPECTATIONS

I guess we are looking for a place to escape and I think this is why we are so fascinated with Edward and Bella's fantacy romance. This illustraed Movie Companion is more than I expected, very well detailed scenes in the movie and beautiful pictures of the cast. I have both Twilight and New Moon movie companions and recommend them as gifts to Twihard fan.

Very very technical -- the details of producing the film -- definitely not gossipy: Searching for the film sites, the camera work, the weather, the hairdresser, the makeup, the costumer, details of the actual shooting of the film; from reading this book, my respect for Catherine Hardwicke TRIPLED; the entire production crew clearly has the greatest respect for her. I believe that she did a superb job of bringing "Twilight" to the screen -- she so clearly retained the flavour of the book. I was very surprised that she was not the choice for the subsequent films and I await "New Moon" with curiosity -- if the new director does even half as good a job as Catherine Hardwicke did with "Twilight", I will be greatly relieved!

Twilight Movie Companion.

I have loved reading this book on how the movie was made. It gives you details of the problems that came up while shooting the movie Twilight. The answers are in there for those who are Twilight junkies like me, to get as much detail as to how things were done and where it was filmed. The pictures are awesome to look at. I love it and am glad that I got it.

Twilight fans a must

If you want hard copy memories for the Twilight movie this is the book for you.

Good story, poor writing

I enjoyed the story itself,and the way it breaks the age barriers so that girls and their mothers can share the story together. Every woman dreams of a love so great, and one that will last "forever"! My only complaint is Stephenie's over use of the same phrases, and the plagiarism (just using different words but the same ideas, and sayings!). If I never hear another reference to toothy grins, or elbows and chins on knees it will be too soon! Bad writing aside, I did enjoy all four books. We even went to visit Forks, Washington on vacation, and enjoy meeting new Twihards wherever we go. Loved her story...hated her writing!
