A must have for any pneumologist

Wonderfully well written for its time and a good explanation about the machines that used to be the year it has printed. Lots of pictures and good tips about non invasive ventilation.
Deserves to be edited acconding the new equipments available nowdays and the new evidence supporting a wider use of NIV.
A must have for all respiratory health care providers.
