Cool book!

This book is very cool. The hardcover has lights in the back that blink! The Very Lonely Firefly is a wounderful book for people under the age of 13 but it may be a cool book for all ages too! It depends on if you like Eric Carle and you like fireflys!

cute book....he'll probably appreciate it more when he gets a little older....colors aren't as bright...still recommend book for older kiddo! :)

The Very Lonely Firefly

This book is great for bedtime storytime. I read it to my grandson while he is in bed and just before the last page we turn out the lights and the finalle--last page he can see in the dark. He knows the words before I turn the pages. (This is the second book for us - the first one the batteries went dead and it was actually cheaper to buy a new book than to replace the batteries).

Great book!

I bought this book for my 20 month old son. He and his 3-year-old sister love it! They can't wait to get to the end to see the firelies it up. It's a great book. Highly recommended.

A frequent bedtime request by our toddlers who enjoy the story and the lights at the end.

A restless firefly begins a search for other fireflies and is led to a lantern, a candle, the glowing eyes of a cat, dog, and owl, and a surprise celebration of light before he finds his friends and the reason for his journey.
