Great book! Wish it Had More Questions.
Good book. Exciting to find that I did not have to flip pages to get my answers after practising. Answers were right opposite to the questions! This book helped me a whole lot with my semester finals. Wish it had more questions though.
I cannot comment on how good it is for the BOR because I am still in my final year and so have not taken the BOR but I do feel that it touches a lot of important topics and I did learn a lot of new stuff from the book.
Clinical Laboratory Science Review

what a help
This study guide prepares me better for ASCP test than their study guide because it gives the answers to the questions with an explanation; therefore if I get the wrong answer, the explanation gives me the right answer and triggers the memory of the correct answer instead of just being wrong.

CLS Review Book
This book is well written and nicely set up. Each section is divided up with common questions grouped together. I really like that with each answer there is a reason given as to why that is the right answer. What I don't like about the book is that the answers are located on the same page so if you aren't careful you can end up seeing the answers before you answer the questions.

Seems like a very good review book
This seems like it will be a good
review
for someone just finishing their CLS degree. However I am just beginning, so this book doesn't really help me yet as i had hoped it would in the present, but i will be sure to use it in the future!
Clinical
Laboratory
Science
Review
is the essential resource for students preparing to sit for the certification and licensure examinations in clinical laboratory science. The order and progression of questions parallels the presentation of classroom content in CLS, and the answers serve as a study guide as well as a self-assessment. Plus, the third edition of this popular review book has been completely updated, and now includes over 850 additional, new questions on a student CD-ROM!
