If you want to save a Marriage. This is the way !

I cannot tell you what this book means to me. It is life changing and a must read for any couple at anytime during a marriage. It will work if you stick to it and do each day no matter what. I am going to give this book and the video as a wedding gift to anyone I know that is getting married.

Love Dare Journal - didn't love but DID like it!

The only reason I gave this book 4 instead of 5 stars is because several of the "daily tasks" didn't apply to my realtionship (my husband will not get out of bed so I can't do something he wants to do instead of what I want to do because he does NOT want to do anything at all! Hence, the problem and reason I bought this book. However, I do feel like I AM trying everything to prevent divorcing him and it is nice to have all that logged somewhere should a discrepency come up in the future. Proof for him or even myself that I tried everything... never know though as I have gotten a couple good days as a result of undergoing some of the "daily tasks."

This book has changed my life and marriage. I love this book so much, I bought two more books, one for my sister in law and one for my neice. Everyone should read and try this book. It will change who you are as person if you are willing to listen to the advice in the book.

Dare to Love Everyone

I found this book to absolutely great. It not only works for intimate relationships with spouses, but can and should be applied to everyone everyday. That is true love afterall, right? If we only love those that love us and curse those that curse us, where does that put us? Even sinners do that. Jesus to us to love those that curse us. I believe this book helps bring to light aspects of the passion of love as our Saviour intended us. great book, great movie and i just got the couples devotional and am sure it will be just as amazing : )

Accept the love dare.

So, you are supposed to read this book and put into practice the activities without letting your spouse know where you are getting the ideas. I'm about half way through it and I havn't read anything I haven't thought about in the past. But....it gets you thinking in a way that may be a distant memory. A long time ago I thought of my spouse as a fragile, cherished person. There was nothing more importnt than her feelings. Reading this book reminds me of how I used to think of her and our relationship. It's not her or me that is the main thing. It is us. It is hard to stay focused on the main thing when other things get in the way. This book is a reminder to keep trying.
