great musical classic

I first discovered this book in a Music Together class, and wow, do toddlers love it. It is a simple, catchy song with colorful, classic pictures...an instant hit! Lyrical and rhythmic, this book is a great addition to any toddler's library. It is important for toddlers to hear rhyming language and music as they learn to speak, and this book would be a great way to serve that purpose, plus it's simply lots of fun.

We can't stop singing

The almost two year old granddaughter started it, she heard Raffi songs at library storytime and couldn't stop talking about Baby Beluga. Then I couldn't get the song out of my head so I started singing it to the other 4 grandchildren who are 6 and under. We are all singing it and love the book. We can sing along and we adore the sweet illustrations, especially like the beluga whales with a fish tucked under their fins for night time!

I first saw this book on vacation in Alaska and loved it! The illustrations are quite vivid and the story is so cute! I have read this to my son everyday since he was born. He loves looking at all of the animals and enjoys when I sing the story. This book will hold his attention longer than any other in his library. Baby Beluga is a definite must have for your tot's library!

Just what my daughter wanted!

Baby Beluga is my 18 month old daughter's favorite book. The day it arrived she made me readit at least 10 times. Thanks.

This is a must buy for young kids!

I remember singing this song when I was a kid, so I bought it for my daughter who is 2 1/2. She asks me to sing this song to her every night now. She has the words memorized and will sing it along with me. We love Raffi, but this particular book is really good.
