Great Halibut Recipe!!

The Halibut recipe in this book is absolutely wonderful! It is very easy to follow and uses ingredients that are already stocked in my kitchen. Great for a quick meal during the week; the family thought I really spent a lot of time on it. The most important thing about this recipe and other recipes in the book is that it is very health conscience. Recipes are low fat, quick and best of all -GREAT TASTING! Cat Cora is now my favorite chef!

Cat Cora brings a fresh new look to soon-to-be favorites made from readily available ingredients, many right in your pantry. I was very impressed with Cat's variety of health conscious meals that are just made for the busy cook. Her Greek Nachos were a big hit with friends and family.

I prepared a romantic dinner for two centered around Cat's recipe for Fettuccine with Scallops, Red Pepper and Lime and it was a delight to the palate.

Cat Cora's Classics with a Twist is a book I intend to purchase for several friends and family members. I highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to learn from a master.
