Good, Sound Advice . . . . .
First and foremost, the book was an easy read. The fashion that the writer conveys is one that is friendly and almost partnership-like. He certainly conveys a 'been there, done that' type of stance. Perhaps the most useful part of the book was the spending plan that the writer utilizes. While I was reading the book, I kept looking for the one 'thing' that would be part of the plan or 'the plan' to assist with one's
debt
woes. This spending plan and financial record is it. Other than that, I felt the book was one of lack-luster motivational paragraphs comparable to a support group. Overall, a good read and I would recommend only as part of one's arsenal. Not a magic pill.

It's Great!!
This book is GREAT!! I personally LOVE the way it is written..with the wording as a "recovery program" would have...Reminding yourself everyday of certain things. Along with that, the
principles
make sense, and as the author says - they have worked for many others. I read a few of the "bad" reviews, and it seems those people have others who they follow for their advice. That's fine, but this book and this author work for me, and i enjoy the way it's written and the steps and beliefs. It's not an expensive book, so i say if you have
debt
problems, or spending problems, pick this book up and read it!

Life changing book!
This is an incredible, life changing book. I bought it in January, wanting to start off the new year right and it is great. I feel that this book plus Credit Card
Debt
by Alexander Daskaloff are a great pair of books for anyone in financial trouble thru credit card debt. The author is not judgmental but helpful in every aspect of this issue.
