Great Book for finding out how you can heal yourself!

IC is very painful and one can't help but feel hopeless and helpless when one learns that they have it along with hearing from standardized doctors that it's incurable.
This book totally relates to what you are going through and let's you know that
you CAN heal yourself!

inspiration to take matters into your own hands

this book has pointed me in such a direction that in six weeks' time after finishing the book and starting alternative therapies, i am actually on 1/6 of the dose of my ic medication and 1/4 of the dose of my asthma medications that i've been on for over 20 years.

reading this book allowed me to open my mind and say "hell, no!" to the people that would have you think that you can't beat this thing. your body is amazing! poisoning it w/ synthetic medications and chemicals is just a band-aid, not a cure! (this is just my opinion, of course.) :O)

w/ acupuncture, nutrition, herbs, and loose teas, i am almost the person i was before november of 2009 when i experienced my first ic flare.

i feel terrible that some people finished this book feeling that it was a waste or that it was about not eating sodium; i am so thankful that i was able to be inspired by it! if you believe in anything strong enough, it's that much easier to make it a reality.
if you start off not believing that you will be cured, you will not be.
think positive, be healthy, and enjoy your life!
