Lost but hopefully not forever

Saw this movie many times and wondered how it passed by without too many nods of approval. It is excellent. Entertaining and well-acted. I can't wait until it it available on DVD. Make it happen soon.

A forgotten modern classic....

I'm not going to repeat the synopsis of the movie like all these other reviews. That has been done very well by others so I won't bore you. All I'm going to say is that I really hope they decide to give this movie the proper Blu-Ray treatment that it deserves. This was one of my favorite movies growing up and in many ways, superior to Raiders of the Ark, of which it was IMPROPERLY compared too.

I loved this movie and it is the ones they never release in DVD format that you want. It can't be that difficult.

MGM, please release!!!!

I have been trying to find a DVD of this movie and did not realize it has not been released in the US as of yet. What a shame as this was one of my favorite movies of that era. Action aplenty and very funny Tom Selleck film. One of his better films.
